What is aPHP?
The Academy of Population Health Pharmacy (or aPHP) is a comprehensive online platform dedicated to training and talent development for pharmacy professionals. Though the academy's core focus is on population health pharmacy education, it also offers specialized skills-based learning, including executive leadership, people management, and health equity training. These programs aim to equip pharmacists with both the clinical knowledge and resiliency skills needed to excel in today's evolving healthcare landscape.​​
aPHP primarily caters to managed care pharmacy professionals and pharmacists transitioning into ambulatory care roles without residency experience. However, all pharmacists, including student pharmacists, can benefit from our services, particularly through soft skills training that enhances communication, leadership, and adaptability—critical skills for success in any pharmacy setting.
