3. Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: February 8, 2025
All purchases of training modules are final and non-refundable once a license is issued. Access is granted immediately upon purchase, and cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
For coaching, mentoring, and assessments, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund. The 24-hour notice is based on the timestamp of the email request.
Cancellations for services received less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

Welcome to The Academy of Population Health Pharmacy (aPHP) (“aPHP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the DBA name of Ahsekal Consulting, LLC. 2. Use of Services & License Agreement
Eligibility
To access aPHP’s services, you must:

Be a registered pharmacist.

Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Ensure that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

Provide accurate information when enrolling in courses.

Use the platform for educational and professional development only.
License Grant
aPHP grants users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access its training materials, software, and digital resources for educational purposes only.
Restrictions & Unauthorized Use
Users are denied permission to:

Share, modify, resell, or distribute aPHP materials without explicit authorization.

Allow public or third-party access to training materials via open-source platforms or shared content websites.
-
Use training materials for commercial resale outside of authorized instruction.

Make materials available online without restricting access via username/password.
Instructor-Led Use

Permitted: Licensed materials may be used for instructor-led training, webinars, and virtual instruction where the licensor (aPHP) is the instructor.

Restricted: Users are denied permission to extract, modify, or redistribute content as standalone training outside of aPHP’s framework.
Violations of any of these terms will immediately revoke the user’s license.
3. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
All course materials, articles, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of aPHP and are protected under U.S. copyright laws.
Permitted Use: Registered users may access materials for personal learning only.
Restricted Use:
Users are denied permission to:

Modify, resell, or publicly distribute any aPHP content.

Claim ownership of training materials or create derivative works for resale.

Alter or remove copyright notices from any aPHP materials.
Legal Consequences: Unauthorized use of aPHP intellectual property may result in legal action.
4. Payments, Refunds & Subscription Plans

Fees for courses and training are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users with outstanding balances may have restricted access.
Subscription & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Training & Service Cancellations
Training modules and course fees are final and non-refundable once a license is issued. Access is granted immediately upon purchase, and cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
